In March of 2022 the Caribbean had a hotel occupancy of 64.8%. Compared to 2021 (32.1%) this is a significant increase of 102.1%. However, if we look at the occupancy data pre-COVID (March 2019), this is a decrease of 13.7%

The average daily rate also increased with 33.4% compared to 2021, to $344,16. Compared to March of 2019, this is also an increase of 24.9%.

As for the revenue per available room, numbers indicate a significant increase of 169.6% compared to 2021. From $82,70 in 2021 to $223,00 in 2022. Compared to the pre-COVID data, the revenue per available room increased with 7.8%.
