In November of 2021 the Caribbean had a hotel occupancy of 59.2%. Compared to 2020 (25.4%) this is a significant increase of 133.1%. However, if we look at the occupancy data pre-COVID (November 2019), this is a decrease of 6.6%.

The average daily rate also increased with 17.6% compared to 2020, to $218.13. Compared to November of 2019, this is also a slight increase of 21.6%.

As for the revenue per available room, numbers indicate a significant increase of 174.2% compared to 2020. From $47.08 in 2020 to $129.11 in 2021. Compared to the pre-COVID data, the revenue per available room increased with 13.5%.
